Unfortunately, my visit fell far short of expectations, leaving me with one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had in the city.

The Concept and Atmosphere

The restaurant’s design is undeniably chic, with seating arranged around the chefs, giving diners a front-row view of the action. Normally, this interactive setup would be a highlight. However, in this case, it tragically showcased the team’s lack of competence, turning what should have been a spectacle into a display of amateurish preparation and poor execution.

The Food: High Hopes, Low Results

Here’s a breakdown of the dishes I tried:

  • Sashimi: Watching the sashimi being prepared was a painful experience. The fish was rearranged countless times, with small pieces cut off repeatedly. By the time it reached my plate, the fish was lukewarm and watery, despite its visually stunning presentation.
